Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Period You have 21 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by the original invoice

3. Non-Returnable Items Certain categories of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Sale or discounted items (unless stated otherwise)
  • Gift cards
  • Personal hygiene products (if applicable)

4. Return Process To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service at fikri24@gmx.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Carefully package the item with a copy of your invoice
  3. Ship to: 351 Rue du Lac Légaré, St-Colomban, Quebec, Canada, J5K 2K4

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3-5 business days), we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges For size or color exchanges, please first return the original item according to this policy, then place a new order.

7. Special Conditions

  • Multiple or unusual returns may be subject to additional verification
  • Items returned in poor condition may be subject to restocking fees
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions
