Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

You have 10 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless stated otherwise).
  • Gift cards.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at fikri24@gmx.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Carefully package the item to be returned with a copy of your invoice.
  3. Ship the item to the following address:

  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please first return the original item according to our return policy, then place a new order for the desired product.

  • If approved, the refund for your original item return will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
